We designed the UX and UI for the Lexus Complete Maintenance Care App, focusing on a streamlined, personalized experience for owners. Key features included an intuitive service scheduling system, tailored maintenance reminders, and a dynamic service history tracker. The app also integrated a store locator with user preference settings, plus exclusive service offers. Every element was crafted to simplify vehicle care and elevate the overall ownership experience for Lexus customers.
