The project aimed to design a user-friendly website for LiNKS Sign Language and Interpreting Services, focusing on intuitive UI and UX. The platform allowed users to sign in to their accounts, view and complete new client interpretation request forms, access service rates, and request video interpreting. Additionally, it offered the option to request specific interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL) services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for users seeking language support.
